Returns & Refund Policy
Last updated: 23 September 2026
We want you to be happy with your purchase. This Returns & Refund Policy explains when you can return a product and how refunds and replacements are handled.
Our policy operates in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under Australian law.
1. Change-of-Mind Returns
If you change your mind about a purchase, we may accept a return provided that:
-
You contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
-
The DVD is in its original, saleable condition.
-
The DVD has not been opened, used or damaged.
-
Original packaging, where applicable, is included.
-
You provide proof of purchase.
Change-of-mind returns are subject to our approval.
Unless required by Australian Consumer Law, original shipping costs and return postage costs for change-of-mind returns are the responsibility of the customer.
2. Faulty or Defective Products
If a DVD is faulty or defective, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible after discovering the issue.
Depending on the circumstances, we may provide:
-
A replacement product;
-
A refund; or
-
Another appropriate remedy.
We may ask you to provide reasonable information, photographs or other evidence of the problem so that we can assess the issue.
Your rights regarding faulty products are not limited by any time period stated in this policy where Australian Consumer Law provides you with a longer or different right or remedy.
3. Damaged Products
If your DVD arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible.
Please provide:
-
Your order number;
-
Details of the damage; and
-
Photographs of the product and packaging where possible.
We will assess the damage and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement, refund or other remedy.
4. Incorrect Products
If we send you the wrong DVD or an item that differs materially from what you ordered, please contact us.
We will arrange an appropriate remedy, which may include providing the correct product or issuing a refund.
Where the error is ours, we will cover reasonable return shipping costs where applicable.
5. Products That Are Not as Described
If a product does not match its description on our website, please contact us.
Where the product does not meet applicable Australian Consumer Law guarantees, we will provide the remedy required by law.
6. Change-of-Mind Exceptions
For hygiene, security, licensing or other legitimate reasons, certain products may not be eligible for change-of-mind returns once opened.
For DVDs, this may include products where the original sealed packaging has been opened.
This does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law if the product is faulty, defective, not as described or otherwise fails to meet a consumer guarantee.
7. How to Request a Return
To request a return, contact our customer service team using the contact details provided on our website.
Please include:
-
Your name;
-
Order number;
-
Product you wish to return;
-
Reason for the return; and
-
Photographs where relevant.
We will provide return instructions where your return is approved or where a return is required to assess or resolve the issue.
Please do not send products back without contacting us first.
8. Return Shipping
For approved change-of-mind returns, the customer is generally responsible for return postage.
Where a product is faulty, defective, incorrectly supplied or otherwise covered by a consumer guarantee, we will handle return shipping in accordance with your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
9. Refunds
Once a return has been received and assessed, we will notify you of the outcome.
Where a refund is approved, the refund will generally be issued to the original payment method.
The time for the funds to appear in your account may depend on your bank or payment provider.
10. Exchanges and Replacements
Where appropriate, we may offer a replacement or exchange instead of a refund.
Replacement products are subject to availability.
If the requested replacement is unavailable, we may provide an alternative remedy, including a refund where required by law.
11. Sale Items
Sale and discounted products may be eligible for returns in accordance with this policy and applicable Australian Consumer Law.
A product being sold at a discounted price does not remove your consumer rights if the product is faulty, defective, not as described or otherwise fails to meet a consumer guarantee.
12. Proof of Purchase
We may request proof of purchase when processing a return or refund.
Acceptable proof may include an order confirmation, receipt, invoice or other reasonable evidence of purchase.
13. Refunds for Cancelled Orders
If an order is cancelled before dispatch and we are able to cancel the order, we will refund the amount paid for the cancelled order.
If the order has already been dispatched, the standard return process may apply.
14. Australian Consumer Law
Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
You may be entitled to a repair, replacement, refund or other remedy depending on the nature of the problem and the circumstances of the purchase.
Nothing in this Returns & Refund Policy is intended to remove or restrict these legal rights.
15. Contact Us
